A meeting of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village
Hall on Monday, October 2, 1961 at 8 :00 p.m. The secretary called the roll
and reported the following were
Present: David C. Whitney, President
John F. Aberson
Ira K. Hearn, Jr.
John A. S. Lindemann
James E. Mandler
Maurice C. Petesch
Winston S. Porter
Absent: None
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting.- Ressrs.
Thomas Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager, were also present.
Approve Vouchers S/A #97 Mr. Aberson moved, seconded by Mr. Mandler, that
Rosewood - Birchwood the Board approve and authorize the execution of
the following vouchers for the Rosewood - Birchwood
