A letter was received from Mr. Ned Mi tc"iel l , submitting his resignation from
the Board of Zoning Appeals, since he has moved from the Village. The Board directed
that a. letter of thanks be sent to Mr. Mitchell, asking him to continue to serve until
a replacement has been appointed.
The manager reported new signals had been installed recently at the Osterman
Avenue Railroad crossing.. President Whitney suggested that traffic counts be made
at Osterman Avenue, Greenwood and Telegraph Road crossings.
The President reported he could not attend the next regular meeting on
January 21st. Decision. was made that the clerk adjourn the meeting to 8 :00 p.m.
January 22nd.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11 :30 p.m.

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was
called to order by the clerk in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday,
January 21, 1963 at 8 :00 p.m. Upon roll call the following were
