The Board directed that a. letter of thanks be sent to Mr. Mitchell, asking him to continue to serve until a replacement has been appointed. The manager reported new signals had been installed recently at the Osterman Avenue Railroad crossing.. President Whitney suggested that traffic counts be made at Osterman Avenue, Greenwood and Telegraph Road crossings. The President reported he could not attend the next regular meeting on January 21st. Decision. was made that the clerk adjourn the meeting to 8 :00 p.m. January 22nd.
