07/02/19621 i� s� 171 Ratify Transfer Vehicle Trustee Hearn moved, seconded by Trustee Mandler, Tax Funds 1961 -62 that the transfers made in 1961 and 1962 under the provisions of Ordinance 0- 60 -34, relating to the transfer of 35% of the vehicle license receipts to' the General Fund for the purpose' of paying salaries and wages of policemen engaged in the regulation of traffic be ratified and approved. Adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Aberson,''Hearn, Lindemann, Mandler, Porter (5) Nays: None (0) Trustee Lindemann stated it was his opinion that the Village Attorney should be present at all regular Board meetings. President pro tem Porter suggested that the matter be taken up.with Mr. Matthews. Approve Preliminary Plat The Plan Commission recommended approval of the Antonucci Subdivision preliminary plat of the Antonucci Subdivision, since a building permit had been issued for the lot heretofore recommended be reserved for street purposes to permit traffic circu- lation in the area. Trustee Aberson moved, seconded by Trustee Mandler, that the preliminary plat be approved. Motion carried unanimously. The clerk called the roll and reported the following were Present: John A. S. Lindemann James E. Mandler Winston S. Porter Absent: David C. Whitney, President John F. Aberson Ira K. Hearn, Jr. Maurice C. Petesch Also present were Messrs. Thomas Matthews, Village attorney, and Norris Stilphen, manager.
