President Whitney stated he had been asked to chair the 3 Americanism
meetings sponsored by the American Legion and other organizations, the first
meeting to be held Monday, November 20, 1961. Trustee Mandler moved, seconded
by Trustee Hearn, that the ,regular meeting scheduled for November 20, 1961 be
adjourned to Monday, November 27, 1961 at 8:00 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the clerk in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall
on Monday, November 20, 1961 at 8 :00 P.M. Upon roll call the following were
Present: None

No quorum being present,.the meeting was adjourned to Monday, November 27,.1961
