December 19, 1960
A special meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the
Village Hall on Monday, December 19, 1960 at 7 :30 P.M.; pursuant to notice
thereof duly delivered to each member in accordance with the ordinance. The
Plerk called the roll and reported the following were
Present: Joseph W. Koss, President
John F. Aberson
Harold L. Peterson
MauriceC. Petesch
Winston S. Porter
Absent: Arno D. Wehle
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting.
Notice of the Special Meeting was read.
Bids - Elm St. Sewer The following bids were received for the
construction of the Elm Street sanitary sewer:

Trustee Wehle entered the meeting and was present thereafter.
Trustee Aberson moved, seconded by Trustee Peterson, that the low bid of C. B.
Construction Company, in the amount of $7,488.00 be accepted and the contract
be executed by proper Village officials. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Aberson, Peterson, Petesch, Por.ter, Wehle (5)
Nays: None (0)

There being no further business to come before the meeting, on motion
