November 15, 1960
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was
called to order by the Presidnet in the Village Hall, Tuesday, November 15, 1960
at 8 :20 P.M. Village Manager Stilphen was designated acting clerk who then called
the roll and reported the following were
Present: Joseph W. Koss, President
John F. Aberson
Harold L. Peterson
Winston S. Porter
Maurice C. Petesch
Arno D. Wehle
Absent: None
and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Also present
on invitation of the Board were members of the Plan Commission and School Board
of District #110.
`n Clavey Property Annexation The notice of the Special Meeting was read and then
h Mr. Koss explained the conduct of the meeting to the
public. The report of the Plan Commission was read and discussed. Mr. Petesch
moved that the action on the annexation be delayed three months in order to give
the School District adequate time to study the situation and make such arrangements
as were necessary with the subdivider. This motion failed for lack of a second.
Mr. Wehle moved that the petition for annexation be denied. This was seconded by
Mr. Petesch,and the motion was adopted by the following vote:
Those in favor: Petesch, Porter, Wehle
Those opposed: Aberson, Peterson.
There being no further business,'-on motion by Mr. Petesch, seconded by Mr.
Porter, the meeting was adjourned.
