07/27/1960C� The proposed zoning recommendation for the National Brick Company property was discussed at length, and will be taken up at the July 20 discussion meeting. The Village Attorney reported the Deerfield Park District had acquired Floral Park and Pear Tree Subdivisions as park sites, and the brief and abstract on the Progress Development Corporation suit will be filed. There being no further business, on motion by Trustee Petesch, seconded by Trustee Aberson, the meeting was adjourned. APPROVED: President ATTEST: Village Clerk July 27, 1960 A special meeting.;of the President and Roard of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the Presidnet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Wednesday, July 27, 1960 at 9:30 P.M., pursuant to notice thereof as required by ordinance. The clerk called the roll and reported the following were Present: Joseph W. Koss, President Frank T. Curto Maurice C. Petesch Winston S. Porter Absent: John F. Aberson Harold L. Peterson Arno D. Wehle and that a quroum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Messrs. Byron Matthews, Attorney, and Robert Bowen, Actin g Village Manager, were also present. Agreement - Shopping An agreement between the Village of Deerfield and Center Easement the Deerfield Commons Shopping Center was read in tull, covering the easement, payment of $10,000 to the Village, use and construction of driveways on Lot 7, Bleimehl's Subdivision. Resolution - Approv!i;dg Trustee Porter moved, seconded qy Trustee'Petesch, Agreement as Amended that a resolution be adopted accepting,the said agreement, subject to deletion of the provision that improvements on said Lot 7 be completed no later than six months from the date of June 24, 1960, and execution of said agreement be authorized.
