Upon motion by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Koss, and carried unanimously, the meeting was ajourned to Wednesday, October 23, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. Attest: 76.� -c�-- Village Clerk CS7 October 23, 1957 The adjourned meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Wednesday, October 23, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk called the roll and reported the following were Present: G. Eldon Holmquist, President Joseph W. Brown Marl J. Jaeger, Joseph W. Koss Harold L. Peterson Maurice C. �etesch Arno D. Wehle Absent: None and that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting. Termination Date - Village President Holmquist stated that since no Manager's Employment replacement for the Village Manager has been employed, Mr. Rupp had agreed to stay until the end of the year, or for two weeks after hiring a new Manager, Trustee Jaeger moved, seconded by Trustee Koss, that Mr. M. F. Rupp's employment be extended as stated. Adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Brown, Jaeger, Koss, Peterson, Petesch, Wehle (6) Nays: None (0) Approve Form - Maintenance Trustee Peterson moved, seconded by Trustee Bond Koss, that the Board adopt the Maintenance Bond for following, providing for maintenance for a one year period of subdivision improvements, where applicable. Approve DiPietro- Glenbrook Trustee Brown moved, seconded by Trustee Countryside Water Peterson, that James Di Pietro be granted permission to connect to the Glenbrook Countryside Water Company main for the water supply for his new building on County Line Road, subject to his agreement that he will disconnect and connect to the Village's water supply system when-a Village main is available. Carried unanimously. Approve Payment - $143.04 The Village's share of the cost for seal coating Deerfield Asphalt - Wilmot Rd. Wilmot Road being $1,893.04, and $1750.00 having been previously authorized, Trustee Peterson moved, seconded by Trustee Brown, that payment of $143.04 be approved to Deerfield Asphalt Company.
