1958R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the village of Deerfield, that:
The attorney for the village is hereby authorized
and directed to defend the village against any lawsuit brought
against it.
And he is further authorized and directed to defend
any officer or employee of the village in the event of any
lawsuit being started against such officer or employee of
the village because of or in connection with any act of such
officer or employee in the performance of his duties as an
officer or employee of the village of Deerfield.

BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
THOMAS A. MATTHEWS is hereby authorized to take such
Ceps as may be necessary for the sale of the lien of delinquent
special assessments created prior to SEPTEMBER 1, 1949, in the
manner provided by law.
