The adjourned meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield w&s called to order by the President in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall on Monday, January 28, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. The
Clerk called the roll and reported the following were

Carl J. Jaeger
Hubert N. Kelley

Absent: Joseph W. Brown

n nd that a quorum was present and in attendance at the meeting.

Ar,prove Good Acres Subdivision The Plan Commission recommended approval of
the Good Ares Subdivision of two lcts, a
conditicnal use for church purposes having b-en established by ordinance for
Let 1. Tn,7tee Kelley moved, seconded by Trustee Petesch, that the Board
approve the Good Acres Subdivision, and the President be authorized to s-ign
said plat. Adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Jaeger, Kelley, Meyer, Petesch (4)
Nays: None (0)
There being no further business to come before the meeting, on
motion by Trustee Kelley, seconded by Trustee Jaeger., the meeting was
adiourned. i?
