WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield is very proud and fortunate to have the
Chicago Bulls' training center in Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Bulls' three -peat performance in 1993 was a truly remarkable
feat; and
WHEREAS, the 1998 Championship Title represents an even more remarkable
feat of a repeat of the three -peat; and
WHEREAS, the Bulls have become the team of the decade; and
WHEREAS, the Village wishes to extend its thanks to the entire Bulls
organization for providing us with such exciting entertainment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD:
SECTION The Village of Deerfield congratulates the entire Bulls
ONE organization on its second three -peat and sixth NBA
Championship in eight years.
SECTION In recognition of this outstanding achievement, Tuesday, June
TWO 16th is hereby proclaimed "DEERFIELD BULLS DAY"
