Franchise - Ill. Bell The Illinois Bell Telephone Company franchise for
Telephone Co. a term of 25 years and offering 15 free phone or
the equivalent in service was discussed. Trustee
Jaeger moved, seconded by Trustee Petesch, that the said franshise be accepted.

Notice of Hearing by the Illinois Commerce Commission on the abandonment
of the @reyhound Bus Lines through Deerfield was received and filed.

The petition of D.B.A. Products for rezoning property on County Line Road
from R -5 to M- Manufacturing was referred to the Plan Commission. The petition
for rezoning Brookside Subdivision from R -5 to R -2 was also referred to the
Plan Commission.
Temporary C.of 0. A letter from Mr. Arthur Christy was read, requesting
Christy -856 Warrington the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy .
to permit the use of his house at 856 Warrington
Road for sleeping purposes only, to prevent vandalism. Trustee Petesch moved,
seconded by Trustee Jaeger, that a temporary occupancy permit be granted.

Subdivision Improvements that the plat of Deerfield Park Subdivisionm add
the plans and specifications be approved, all fees
having been paid, bond posted, design changed as requested by the Board,
including the construction of a sewer:a.long Sunset Court from Pine Street to
Crabtree Lane to serve Wilmot School. Adopted by the following vote:
