Public Works and Buildings of the State of Iilinois and to hold the

on account of any damages that may occur to persons or ,property
during the prosecution of such work, and assume all liability for

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois,
desires to amend the Agreement entered into with the Kuch and Watson
Company, 1112 West Everett Road, Lake Forest, Illinois on August 9,
1954, which Agreement provides for certain sewer construction within
the Village of Deerfield to be done by said Company; and
WHEREAS said work is to be done under the supervision of
Baxter and Woodman, Civil and Sanitary engineer, retained by the
Village for said supervision;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, Lakegounty, Illinois, that the said Engin-
eers are hereby authorized and instructed to issue such Bulletins
and other documents as may be necessary to:
Change the length of the gravity sewer line in
Westgate Road east of manhole 74 from a distance
33 feet in length to a distance of approximately
207 feet in length to the end of the present
combined sewer.
