A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING VILLAGE FUNDS TO
PHASE II OF THE ROBERT YORK AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield has applied for funds under
the Federal Aid Urban Systems Program for the Robert York Avenue
Street Improvement, previously referred to as the Access Avenue
Project; and
WHEREAS, the Village must assure that local funds are committed
to and available for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Village of Deerfield has included in its
ONE: 1991 -92 budget an amount of $200,000 as the local share
of the Robert York Avenue (Access Avenue) Improvement.
SECTION That the Village Clerk shall provide a certified copy
TWO: of this resolution to the Illinois Department of
Transportation, Division of Highways /District 1.
