A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOLID WASTE AGENCY
OF LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
That Village Trustee Edwin B. Seidman be named as the
Village's representative to serve as a Director on the
Board of Directors of The Solid Waste Agency of Lake
County and that the Village Manager be named as the
Alternate Director, with the understanding that
hereafter the Director and Alternate Director shall
serve until the Village Board of the Village of
Deerfield names a replacement of each or both.
