R-91-03RESOLUTION NO. R-91-03
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of
Deerfield, adopted Ordinance 0 -90 -54 on December 17, 1990 to
abate the property tax for Corporate Purpose Bonds of 1986 as
authorized by Ordinance 0 -86 -17 adopted on April 21, 1986; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance 0 -90 -54 did not properly reference
Ordinance 0 -86 -17 as the source of the taxes to be abated and it
is desirable that the County Clerks of Lake and Cook Counties be
advised to correct their records to reflect said reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That to conform to the intention of the Corporate
ONE: Authorities of the Village of Deerfield, the
Finance Director of the Village of Deerfield is
hereby directed to advise the County Clerk of Lake
and Cook County that all references in Ordinance
0-90-54 of December 17, 1990 to the abatement'of
Corporate Purpose Bonds of 1986 in the amount of
$245,000 shall be to Ordinance 0 -86 -17 adopted on
April 21, 1986.
SECTION That the Village Clerk shall provide such

Director as may be required to effectuate Section
One hereof.
