RESOLUTION NO. R -90 -2
WHEREAS, The Village of Deerfield has previously authorized
Special Assessments known as No. 111, 112, 113 and 114 to pay the
costs of certain local improvements within the Village, and
WHEREAS, all of the local improvements to be made by said
Special Assessments have been fully completed, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield has received an Accountants
Report prepared by Karrison, Byrne, Jansey & Trimarco, Ltd. (the
"Accountant's Report ") setting forth the amounts available for
rebate to the property owners assessed thereunder in each of said
Special Assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That all funds held by the Village of Deerfield
ONE: remaining in Special Assessment Funds nos. 111, 112,
113 and 114 be, and they are hereby directed to be
rebated, to the respective property owners whose names and
addresses are set forth in the Accountant's Report in the amounts
set forth therein.
SECTION That the Finance Director of the Village of
TWO: Deerfield be and is hereby directed to effectuate
such rebate of the Special Assessment funds
in accordance with the Accountant's Report forthwith.
