ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-57
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 -9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking said Section in
its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
Sec. 309. Number of Licenses
There shall be issued in the Village
no more than:
Class A
Three (3)
Class B
None (0)
Class BB
One (1)
Class C
Four (4)
Class D
One (1) .
Class D -1

Class D -2

Class E
Fifteen (15)
Class F
None (0)

SECTION 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance
in pamphlet form.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are,
to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full for and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
