BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION Authority. Chapter 134, Section 45.3 of the DIT-- 1nois Revised Statutes provides that the corporate authorities of the Village of Deerfield shall submit the question of establishment of a 9 -1 -1 emergency telephone system to the electors of the Village of Deerfield in accordance with the provisions of general election law. SECTION Purpose.
