ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-29
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING THE ENERGY ADVISORY
AND RESOURCE RECOVERY COMMISSION AS THE
ENERGY AND RECYCLING COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, in the exercise of its
home rule powers, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the Energy Advisory and Resource Recovery Commission is hereby
renamed as the Energy, and Recycling Commission.
SECTION 2: That Section 2- 158(7) of the Deerfield Municipal Code is hereby amended
to replace all references to the "Energy Advisory and Resource Recovery Commission" with
references to the "Energy and Recycling Commission."
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval as provided by law.
