JKS 255717 Q December 16, 1999 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -00- 01 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE INDUSTRIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PARKWAY NORTH AMENDED SIGN PLAN BUILDINGS THREE AND FOUR) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (the "Applicant "), to authorize an amendment to the previously approved Signage Plan for certain real estate described on Exhibit A hereto (the "Property") developed as a Special Use - Planned Unit Development, under and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 6.01 -C,5, 12.01, 12.08 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, as amended; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, following consideration of the recommendations of the Plan Commission, the President and Board of Trustees have considered and reviewed the Signage Plan proposal for the Property (Buildings Three and Four) prepared by Poblocki & Sons and dated September 29, 1999 and Sign Services Group dated October 12, 1999 (collectively, the "Amended Sign Plan") attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the authorization and granting of an Amendment to Special Use so as to permit the signage, including the requested sign area modification, all in accordance with the Amended Sign Plan for Buildings Three and Four marked Exhibit B, attached hereto and' made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby affirmatively find that the ONE: Amendment to Special Use, including the requested sign area modification as hereby authorized, fully complies with the requirements and standards set forth in Articles 12.08 and 13.11 -D of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and the Amended Sign Plan for Buildings Three and Four as part of the Special Use of the Property, as and for the purposes of an Industrial Planned Unit Development as set forth on Exhibit B be and the same is, hereby authorized and approved subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. SECTION That any violation of any of the conditions hereinabove set forth by the THREE: Applicant or its successors, grantees, transferees or assigns shall authorize the revocation of the Amendment to Special Use hereby authorized. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in FOUR: pamphlet form and to record said Ordinance and Exhibit B known as the "Amended Sign Plan" in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois at Applicant's expense. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, FIVE: approval and publication as provided by law.
