JKS 229461 vl April 26, 1999 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -99 -2 5 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE INDUSTRIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PARKWAY NORTH AMENDED SIGN PLAN BUILDING SIX) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (the "Applicant "), to authorize an amendment to the previously approved Signage Plan for certain real estate described on Exhibit A hereto (the "Property ") developed as a Special Use - Planned Unit Development, under and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 6.01 -C,5, 12.01, 12.08 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, as amended; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, following consideration of the recommendations of the Plan Commission, the President and Board of Trustees have considered and reviewed the Signage Plan proposal for the Property (Building Six) prepared by Poblocki & Sons and dated November 11, 1998 (the "Amended Sign Plan") attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the authorization and granting of an Amendment to Special Use so as to permit the signage, all in accordance with the Amended Sign Plan for Building Six marked Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby affirmatively find ONE: that the Amendment to Special Use as hereby authorized, fully complies with the requirements and standards set forth in Articles 12.08 and 13.11 -D of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and the Amended Sign Plan for Building Six as part of the Special Use of the Property, as and for the purposes of an Industrial Planned Unit Development as set forth on Exhibit B be and the same is, hereby authorized and approved subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said Amendment to Special Use TWO: hereby granted is subject to compliance of the Applicant with the Amended Sign Plan for Building Six attached as Exhibit B and compliance with all other applicable codes and ordinances of the Village of Deerfield in addition to compliance with the terms and provisions of the Fifth Amendment to Annexation Agreement between the Applicant and the Village of Deerfield.
