AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 16 -23 AND 16 -18 OF CHAPTER 16
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -23 of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
ONE: Deerfield of 1975 entitled "Sewer Use and Industrial Cost Recovery
Program," as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
a maintenance charge and by inserting the following user charge in lieu of the current user charge:
"User Charge
"Maintenance Charge
1.77/100 cubic feet"
06/100 cubic feet"
SECTION That the second paragraph of Section 16 -18 of Chapter 16 of the Municipal
TWO: Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975 entitled "Rates" be and is hereby
deleted in its entirety.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in
THREE: pamphlet form.
SECTION That thi's Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
FOUR: approval and publication as provided by law.
