AN ORDINANCE NAMING EDGEWOOD COURT
WHEREAS, there is a portion of a certain dedicated public street presently within the
Village of Deerfield, commonly referred to as Country Lane between Fairview Avenue and Willow
Avenue and as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Deerfield in accordance with the
Ordinances thereof and the statutes of the State of Illinois desire to rename said portion of public
street Edgewood Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That said dedicated public.street previously known as a portion of Country
ONE: Lane between Fairview Avenue and Willow Avenue and as depicted on
Exhibit A and the same is hereby designated and renamed Edgewood Court.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in
TWO: pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
THREE: approval and publication as provided by law.
