AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,. ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
ONE: Deerfield of 1975, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking
said Section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Sec. 309. Number of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Village no more than:
Class A
Four (4)'
Class B
None (0)
Class BB
None (0).
Class C
Three (3)
Class D
One (1)
Class D -1
One (1)',
Class D -2
One (1)
Class E
Ten (10)
Class F
None (0)
Class G
Four (4)
Class H
None (0)
Class I
None (0)
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in
TWO: pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the
THREE: extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. .
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
FOUR: passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
