AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD (SUBDIVISION CODE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND - COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article 9.103e of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
ONE: Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended by
adding thereto the following provision at the end of the first paragraph
thereof:
"e. Notwithstanding the foregoing, from and after December 1, 1998
no further subdivision or resubdivision of lots fronting on
Northwoods Drive, North Northwoods Drive or South
Northwoods Drive shall be permitted unless each resulting lot has
not less than 300 feet in minimum depth."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in
TWO: pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
THREE: passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
