AN. ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23 -18 OF CHAPTER 23 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 23 -18 entitled "Water rates" of Chapter 23 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by deleting the water rate per month as set forth
therein and substituting in lieu thereof the following water rate:
12.65 per 100 cubic feet."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in
TWO: pamphlet form.
SECTION That this rate shall become effective on June 1, 1998 and shall be in full
THREE: force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
