RESOLUTION APPROVING WATER AGREEMENT
AMONG THE VILLAGES OF DEERFIELD AND RIVERWOODS
AND THE INTERESTED PARTIES
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield is considering the annexa-
tion of certain property to the Village of Deerfield pursuant to
a Petition for Annexation and an Annexation Agreement between the
Village of Deerfield and the Property.dwners thereof; and .
WHEREAS, as an element of the aforementioned Annexation Agree-
ment the Village of Deerfield is required to.enter into a certain
Water Agreement among the Villages of Deerfield and Riverwoods and
the Interested Parties as identified therein; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities after due and careful con -
sideration have concluded that the Water Agreement described above
and in the form attached hereto will subserve the interests of the
Village of Deerfield and will facilitate the annexation of the
property in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned Annexa-
tion Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Water Agreement between the Villages
ONE: of Deerfield and Riverwoods and the Interested
Parties dated as of February 4th , 1985, a copy
of.which is attached hereto be and the same.is hereby approved.
SECTION That the President and the Clerk of the Village
TWO: of Deerfield are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Water Agreement.
