JKS 171993 . 1 January 22, 1998 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -98- 0 5 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, after due investigation and consideration and upon receipt of the affirmative recommendation of the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, have determined that the nature and extent of the public use and the public interest to be subserved is such as to warrant the vacation of portions of Deerlake Road hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That that portion of a public street in the Village of Deerfield having ONE: heretofore been dedicated by a document recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois on February 15, 1996 as Document No. 96124987, which portion of said street is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, as shown on and designated by the words "Hereby Vacated" on the Plat hereto attached, which Plat for greater certainty is hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be subserved by such vacation. SECTION That upon passage and approval of this Ordinance, the Village Clerk shall TWO: file for record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the Plat hereto attached. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its THREE: passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
