AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 0 -97 -35
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Ordinance No. 0 -97 -35 adopted August 18, 1997 is hereby repealed
ONE: and is of no further force and effect.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
TWO: passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
