JKS 145052 . 1 June 10, 1997 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -97- 2 6 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE FOR CHRIST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of Christ United Methodist Church of Deerfield ( "Applicant ") for an Amendment of an existing Special Use to construct a one -story masonry lounge addition and a wood deck at its existing premises described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof pursuant to the provisions of Articles 4.04 -C,4,a and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield after considering and reviewing the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and recommend that said Amendment to Special Use of said real estate be approved and authorized as to permit the construction of a one -story masonry lounge addition and a wood deck subject to certain conditions and restrictions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings and recommendations of the Plan Commission as to the ONE: Amendment to Special Use to permit the construction of a one -story masonry lounge addition and a wood deck are concurred in and adopted as the findings of the President and Board of Trustees and, therefore, the Amendment to Special Use of the real estate legally described in Exhibit A for the construction of a one -story masonry lounge addition and a wood deck, be and the same is hereby authorized and approved. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said Amendment to Special Use is TWO: hereby given subject to the requirements that all use shall be in accordance with all documents and representations submitted and made by Applicant to the Plan Commission, and President and Board of Trustees. Said approval and authorization is also subject to compliance by the Applicant with all other applicable provisions of all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in FOUR: pamphlet form. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its FIVE: passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
