WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield, on January 7, 1985, did adopt
Resolution No. R -85 -1, declaring a moratorium on acceptance of petitions
seeking map amendments and zoning variations for properties lying within
the area depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the declared purpose of said moratorium was to enable
the Village of Deerfield to finalize a design plan for the improvement
commonly known as "Access Avenue "; and
WHEREAS, the design work for the street improvement is not yet
completed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the moratorium on the acceptance of
ONE: petitions seeking map amendments and /or
zoning variations for properties lying
within the moratorium area depicted in Resolution No. R -85 -1 shall,,be ex-
tended until August 1, 1985.
SECTION That except to the extent modified hereby,
TWO: Resolution No. R -85 -1 shall remain in full
force and effect according to its terms.
