AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 22 -46 AND
22 -166 OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -46 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, entitled "Turn and time limitations in
certain directions on certain streets. ", as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following:
"It shall be unlawful for vehicles other than
school buses to enter the entrance to South Park
School between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 9:00
A.M. and between the hours of 2:30 P.M. and 3:30
P.M. on school days."
SECTION That Section 22 -166 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
TWO: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, entitled "Exhibit F. Time Limit on
Parking. ", as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by adding to the list of locations where the parking of vehicles
is prohibited during certain hours, the following:
"On the north side of Hackberry Road between
Birchwood Avenue and Kenmore Avenue and the east
side of Birchwood Avenue between Hackberry Road
and Rosewood Avenue and the south side of Rosewood
Avenue between Birchwood Avenue and Kenmore Avenue
and on both sides of Kenmore Avenue south of
Hackberry Road to its terminus at South Park
School between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00
a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on school days."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
