AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -163 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -163 entitled "Exhibit C. Yield
ONE: Right -of Way Signs" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is further amended by adding to the list of designated yield
right -of -way streets the following:
"Kenmore Avenue at Country Lane"
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted the appropriate yield signs designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
FOUR: and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication, as provided by law.

ORDINANCE NO. 0 -96 -03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 7 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 6 -46 of Article 7 of Chapter 6 of
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding thereto subsection 6- 46(d), as
follows:
"(d),Spa or Hot Tub A Hydromassage pool, or tub for
recreational or therapeutic use, with a water surface area
of 100 square feet or less, located in other than health
care facilities, designed for the immersion of users and
usually having a filter, heater, and motor - driven blower.
The Spa or Hot Tub may be installed indoors or outdoors and
on, or in, the ground or supporting structure and is not
designed to be drained or discharged after each use. The
provisions of Article 7, other than those contained in
Section 6 -47(a) shall not apply to a spa or hot tub."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage and approval as
provided by law.
