AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0- 92715
(RECAPTURE ORDINANCE)
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of
Deerfield adopted Ordinance No. 0 -92 -15 on April 6, 1992,
providing for the recapture of a portion of certain costs of
underground and surface improvements installed in the course of
the construction of a residential subdivision within the Village
of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0 -92 -15 provided that the portion of
said costs allocable to certain benefited property legally
described therein (the "Benefited Property ") would be determined
at such time as the actual final costs of the improvements were
available and that thereafter Ordinance No. 0 -92 -15 would be
amended to set forth said actual final costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That pursuant to the provisions of Section One of
ONE: Ordinance 0 -92 -15 the Corporate Authorities of the
Village of Deerfield have determined that the
actual final cost of the improvements related to the development
of the property described in Ordinance 0 -92 -15 and allocable to
the Benefited Property is $130,245.00.
SECTION That the owner of the Benefited Property legally
TWO: described as follows:
Lots 133 and 134 in the Subdivision of J.S. Hovland's
first addition to Deerfield, a Subdivision of the
Southwest Quarter (expect the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter thereof) of Section 32, Township 43,
North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Lake County, Illinois
shall not receive final plat approval for development of the
Benefited Property unless and until the owner of the Benefited
Property shall provide evidence to the Village of Deerfield that
the payment described in Section One hereof shall have been made
to the owner or the owner's designated successors and assigns.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0 -92 -15
(RECAPTURE ORDINANCE)
SECTION That Ordinance No. 0 -92 -15 shall remain in full
THREE: force and effect except to the extent specifically
amended hereby.
SECTION This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: upon the passage and approval thereof in the
manner provided by law.
