AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -129A OF CHAPTER 22
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -129A entitled "Parking Fees" of
ONE: Article 16 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of
Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
further amended by deleting the second sentence of said
Subsection (a) thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu
thereof the following:
"The parking fee for lots designated as
"Daily Fee" lots shall be One Dollar ($1.00)
for each twenty -four (24) hour period, and in
lots designated "Permit Parking" the parking
fee shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
for residents of the Village and One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for nonresidents,
payable in advance, for a six (6) month
period."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and and after its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
