O-95-19ORDINANCE NO. 0 -95 -19 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CLASS A SPECIAL USE - C -1 VILLAGE CENTER DISTRICT Published in pamphlet form this 15th day of May , 1995 by the President and Board of Trustees of Deerfield JKS \33323.1 5/9/95 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -95 -19 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CLASS A SPECIAL USE - C -1 VILLAGE CENTER DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of DRAGIA OKOLISAN D /B /A LILI'S FASHIONS (the "Applicant "), to authorize the development and use of certain real estate described on Exhibit A hereto for a Class A Special Use as a tailoring and dressmaking business under and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 5.01 -C, 1 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, following consideration of the recommendations of the Plan Commission by the President and Board of Trustees, the President and Board of Trustees have considered and reviewed the proposed Class A Special Use as a tailoring and dressmaking business as submitted by Applicant; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the authorization and granting of said Class A Special Use in accordance with all the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant for the Subject Property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby ONE: affirmatively find the Special Use, as hereby authorized, fully complies with the requirements and standards set forth in Articles 5.01 -C, 1 and 13.11 of the Village Zoning Ordinance and the Class A Special Use of the Subject Property, as a tailoring and dressmaking business, be and the same is, hereby authorized and approved subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said TWO: Class A Special Use of the Subject Property as and for the use as more specifically described above and as hereby granted is subject to the condition that said Class A Special Use conform to all other applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
