AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -163 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -163 entitled "Exhibit C. Yield
ONE: Right -of -Way Signs" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of Deerfield of 19,75,-as amended,
be and the same is further amended by adding to the list of
designated yield right -of -way streets the following:
"Brookside Lane at Jonquil Terrace"
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted the appropriate yield signs designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
