ORDINANCE NO. 0 -94-42
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSITARY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That pursuant to Section 2 -75 of Chapter 2 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, and pursuant to 65 Illinois
Compiled Statutes 5/3 -10 -3, Deerfield Federal
Savings and Loan is hereby appointed an additional
depositary of the Village of Deerfield for funds
of the Village of Deerfield.
SECTION That the Village Treasurer is hereby directed to
TWO: obtain all required financial information to
qualify Deerfield Federal Savings and Loan as an
additional depositary for the Village of
Deerfield.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.

ABSENT: Swartz (1)
