AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 22, SECTION 22 -101
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -101
ONE: certain streets" of
Code of the Village
amended, be and the same -is: hereby
the list of restricted streets set
thereof, the following:
"Trucks prohibited on
Chapter 22 of the Municipal
of Deerfield of 1975, as
further amended by adding to
forth in Subsection (c)
"Kates Road between Fountain View Drive and
the entrance from Kates Road onto the
Corporate 500 property."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall cause adequate
TWO: signs to be posted giving notice that the
aforementioned portion of Kates Road may not be
used by vehicles having four or more axles .
SECTION That the Village Clerk is,:hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION that-'all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
FOUR: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
