AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -164 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -164 entitled 'Exhibit D. Stop Street Intersections"
ONE: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by adding to the
list of designated stop streets the following:.
"Bristol Drive westbound and eastbound at Fountain View Drive"
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted the
TWO: appropriate stop signs designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
