AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE,OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975 PERTAINING TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and
is hereby further amended by amending subsection c
of Section 18 -26 thereof "Schedule of Fees" as follows:
"The annual fee for a Chauffeur License used under.
this Chapter shall be Twenty -Five Dollars
($25.00)."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided.by law.
