AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 -23
OF CHAPTER 16 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -23 of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield of 1975 entitled "Sewer Use and Industrial
Cost Recovery Program." as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by inserting the following user charge in lieu of the current user
charge:
"User Charge (a) 1.551100 cubic feet"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION - That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
