ORDINANCE NO. 0 -94 -12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 -8, 3 -8A,
AND 3 -9 OF ARTICLE ONE OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -8 entitled "Classes of Licenses" of
ONE: Article 3 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
further amended by amending the provisions of.the Class H
license:
"Class H, which shall authorize the retail sale of
(i) wine in original package not for consumption
on the premises were sold, provided, however, that
said license shall only permit the sale of said
wine in connection with and as a part of a gift
delivery service and (ii) beer in original
containers not for consumption on the premises
where sold but packaged and made available to
customer by parcel delivery service."
SECTION That Section 3 -8A of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of the
TWO: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, is hereby amended by striking
said Section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
"Sec. 3 -8A. Fees.
The annual license fees for the various classes of
liquor licenses shall be as follows:
Class A
$2,500.00
Class B
1,000.00
Class BB
1,250.00
Class C
1,000.00
Class D
1,500.00
Class D -1
500.00
Class D -2
2,000.00
Class E
2,500.00
Class F, per event
25.00
Wine tasting permits (per
50.00
special permit) not to
exceed 4 per year, available
only to Class A and Class B
license holders upon proper
application.

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
FIVE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
SIX: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by-law.
