AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Chapter 20 entitled "Subdivisions" of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village
of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same
is further amended by adding thereto the following:
"There is hereby adopted by the President and the
Board of Trustees for the purpose of assuring the
proper installation of private utilities, streets
and other improvements in Planned Unit
Developments as provided for by the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, a Village
of Deerfield Development Code of which not less
than three copies have been and are now filed in
the Office of the Village Manager and the same are
hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set
out in length herein and from the date in which
this Ordinance shall take effect the provisions
thereof shall be controlling within the corporate
limits of the Village of Deerfield."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
