ORDINANCE NO. 0 -93 -41
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45 OF CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45 entitled "No left turn" of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same
is further amended by adding to the list of those locations
within the Village where left turns are prohibited the following:
"(h) It shall be unlawful for
vehicles exiting 630 Waukegan Road
(First National Bank of Chicago) to
turn left onto Waukegan Road
between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and
7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m.
and 12:00 noon on Saturdays or to
turn left into said premises from
Osterman Avenue at all times."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
