AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RECORDED
BUILDING LINE AT 1119 GREENTREE AVENUE
WHEREAS, upon application of Thomas A. Burger, the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield after due
investigation and consideration of the favorable report and
recommendation of the Plan Commission following a Public.Hearing
thereon, have determined that the nature and extent of the public
interest to be subserved is such as to warrant the vacation of
the 30 foot building line along the eastern frontage of the
Property at 1119 Greentree Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the 30 foot building line having heretofore
ONE: been established by a Plat of Subdivision recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake
County, Illinois, affecting the eastern frontage of the Property
legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof, be and the same is hereby vacated, inasmuch as the public
interest will be subserved by the vacating of such building line.
SECTION That upon passage and approval of this Ordinance,
TWO: the Village Clerk shall file for record in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County,
Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
