AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 22 -129 AND
22 -130 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IN ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -129 entitled "Definitions" of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is further
amended by adding to the designated list of Village Parking Lots,
the following:
"(16) Lot No. 16 - Located South of
Deerfield Road and to the North of Deerfield
Commons.
(17) Lot No. 17 - Located West of Robert
York Ave. between Deerfield Rd. and Osterman
Ave."
SECTION That Section 22 -130 entitled "Parking Hours"
TWO: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
of 1975, as amended, be and the same is further
amended by adding Section 22- 130(f), as follows:
"(f) No vehicle shall be parked in Lot 16 or
Lot 17, on days other than Saturday, Sunday
or Village holidays between the hours of 5:00
A.M. and 8:3'0 A.M., except for vehicles
operated by employees of the Village of
Deerfield, employees of the business
establishments located at 8031 and 817
Deerfield Road and 758 Robert-York Avenue, and
the residents'of 803 Deerfield Road.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to
THREE: be posted the appropriate signs as designated in
Section Two hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
FOUR: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FIVE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
SIX: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
