AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -8A of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975,
entitled "Fees ", as amended, be and the same is further
amended by changing the annual license fees for certain classes of
liquor licenses to the following:

"C1ass.A ................... $2,500
Class B ................... $1,000
Class BB ................... $1,250"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its publication, as provided by law.
