Village of Deerfield
Federal -Aid Urban Program
Wilmot Road Reconstruction Project
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield has elected to participate'
.'in the Federal -Aid Urban Program for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, the Illinois Department.of Transportation has
advertised for and received bids regarding the reconstruction
of Wilmot Road.within the Village limits; and
WHEREAS, Leininger -Mid States Paving Company Inc., a qualified
construction company as determined by the Department of Transpor-
tation, has submitted the low bid,of $996,295.
NOW,.THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that'the Village of Deerfield
does.concur with the aforementioned bid and recommends to the
Department of Transportation to initiate without delay the necessary
steps towards.the award and construction of the Wilmot Road Federal -
Aid Urban Project.
